My New Go-to Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hold onto your oven mitts folks, because these cookies are about to rock your world! They come from the blog Gimme Some Oven, and they are life changing! 

I may be getting ahead of myself here, but I really think it's safe to say that this will be my new go-to chocolate chip cookie recipe. They're that good! Soooo you should probably drop what you're doing and make them...?!!

I wasn't expecting anything special, since the ingredient list is fairly standard. But the ratios are a bit different than the recipe I'm accustomed to, and (sorry dad) I actually like these better than the cookies I grew up with! 

Let's just say this cookie wasn't half-eaten for artistic purposes, and leave it at that...
